A process you can
follow at every step.
Legal work is opaque by default. We remove as much of that as we can: a defined sequence, a written scope, and a partner who tells you when the honest answer is to settle.
Four stages, no surprises.
Every matter moves through the same four stages. What changes is the pace and the depth — a lease review is not a three-year arbitration.
Consultation
A structured first meeting — usually 60 minutes. We read your documents before we speak, then ask the questions that decide the case: what happened, what you have in writing, what you actually want as an outcome.
You leave with a written summary of your position and the realistic options.
Strategy
We map the routes available — negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation — against cost, time and risk. Where a claim is weak, we say so before you spend money on it.
A written scope, a fee estimate and a decision point you control.
Representation
Drafting, correspondence, filings and appearances. The partner who signed the strategy runs the matter; you receive a short written update at every material stage, not a monthly invoice.
One point of contact, in the language the matter will be decided in.
Resolution
Enforcement, closing, or the quiet work of making sure the outcome holds. We do not consider a matter finished when the order is issued — only when it is effective.
A closing file note, and an open line if anything later shifts.
The rules we do not
negotiate with ourselves.
Discretion
Files are compartmentalised and communications are deliberate. Nothing about your matter leaves the practice without your instruction.
Transparency on fees
A written scope and estimate before work begins. If the estimate changes, you hear it from us first — never from an invoice.
Direct partner access
The person you meet in the first consultation signs the strategy and appears at the hearing. There is no handover to a stranger.
Bilingual work
Kazakh, Russian and English are working languages, not translation services. Documents are drafted in the language they will be enforced in.
It starts with a conversation, not a retainer.
Send a short description of the matter. If we are the right practice for it, we will propose a consultation time. If we are not, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
